Individual Therapy

My individual therapy services for teenagers and adults are designed to help adolescents and adults better understand their emotions and navigate their internal experience in a way that feels clear, manageable, and leads to change and feeling better.

How We Work Together

My approach is active and collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs, learning
style, and the way your emotional and physical experiences interact. We begin by exploring
the circumstances that brought you to seek therapy, while creating a space where you feel
safe to process your emotions. From there, I adapt how we work together—some people
benefit from structured, practical tools, while others benefit from visual diagrams or more
creative ways of interpreting what’s happening within their body—most people benefit
from a combination of both.

What This Leads To

A central part of the work involves identifying and untangling emotions—understanding
what you’re feeling, how different emotions interact, and how they connect to patterns in
thinking and behavior.

I offer both in-person and online therapy for teenagers and adults in Stamford, CT. In New Hampshire, online individual sessions are offered for both teenagers and adults. Online makes it easier to access support, in-person makes it more personal. Choose whatever option works for you.
